I noticed the Render panel doesn't show the Crowd-Render section so I looked at the window and saw the following:

Hi Mike, sorry I didn't get to you earlier, great that its now loading, if you do have any other issues, feel free to post about them and we'll do our best to help. We've been a bit distracted the past few days as we're working on 0.1.4 at the moment :)
After one or two more times starting Blender, it now loads correctly.
