Hi there, ok, so we don't lose you, I think its best if you submit a support ticket at https://www.crowd-render.com/report-a-problem. This way we have a ticket against this problem and it won't get lost (not that we intentionally lose people, but in the busy period we're in, its likely this post will get lost, particularly as we're having forum issues, our forum is part of our older website, and has problems ,we're moving to a new one, please have patience with us as we get that sorted).

The ticket system asks for enough information to allow us to reproduce the problem, so think about submitting your blend file, logs, error messages, screenshots and instructions on how to make the problem happen.
