Hello, It must be a silly question, but I can't connect to my 2nd PC ... I wrote the IP adress and they both are connected to the same wifi, but the connection fails each time.
I've heard about setting the "network" in Blender but I don't know how to do it. Is there something to do before trying to connect each PC with Crowd Render ?
Both are on windows 10 and i'm using blender 2.79.
Thank you in advance !
Hi Pluj,
I couldn't connect between windons and linux (but i had no problem windows to windows) and what worked for me to some extent was to open blender in the terminal on the "slave" machine as described in this post:
https://www.crowd-render.com/forum-1/general-questions/crowdrender-headless-comand-on-slave-computers
It's described for linux os, don't know if it's applicable to windows.
