I'm trying to sign up so I can download the software and yet I keep getting an error that site is unable to create user. I've already checked to see if my email has been used before and it hasn't.
Any suggestions as to why?

Hope you are well, I'm looking at this now, but it would help a lot if you could e-mail us at our info at crowdrender dot com dot au address with the e-mail you want to use to sign up. That way we can check the logs on our server and more accurately diagnose and remedy the problem :)
We recommend against giving out your e-mail on the public forum we host here for security reasons, hence my request to e-mail us directly, keeps you safe :)
