Hi Charles, best thing to do might be to have a video conference call so we can troubleshoot with you, this is by far the fastest way to solve sync issues. We're in Sydney Australia so our time zone is GMT + 9 right now. If you let me know what times work for you that overlap with where you are, we'll do our best to be available online to chat.

If you do wish to give us your log files, perhaps try this,

if you go to your blender user preferences, then addons tab, you can search for "crowdrender" and you should find our add-on in the list, you can then expand the addon and there should be a button called "zip logs". Press that button and then it should set up a zip archive for all the logs on that machine.

It would be great if you could do this on the internal render nodes that didn't sync, they should have recorded why they didn't sync properly which might give us a clue to help us get your system back up and running over a call.
