Ok check the credentials you are using to login, the message is telling you that you've entered either a wrong e-mail address or password.
Apologies for any confusion, but there are two systems on our website where you have an account, one is the forum, the other is the cloud account (https://discovery.crowd-render.com/login).
These two systems means you'll have two sets of e-mail/password combinations for Crowdrender, one for the forum and one for the cloud account, where you download the addon and can see your profile, recharge render credit and so on.
Make sure you are using the credentials for the cloud account to log in with the addon, not the forum. The forum creds don't work with the addon.
If that still doesn't work then there's a chance there is something else wrong, and if so please get back to us so we can help further.
