I have been wrestling with the addon in windows 10. I have updated and updated windows and have installed the c++ visual driver (2015-2019) I am still getting the same error. What else can I do? I have tried this with windows 7 aswell I am stumped!

Hi James! I havbe sucesfully run the addon!. installed a 64 bit operating systrem and run the c++ visual installer. works like a charm. I coujld not find that the add om is liomited to 64 bit. Is this in the documentation?
Ok I will try that when I get home from work . i am using 32 bit win 10 , should I install 64but instead?
Hi Benjamin, can you run a search on your system for the following files?
mscvp140.dll
concrt140.dll
These should both be present in your windows system folder, usually in syswow64 folder for win 7 and win 10 64 bit, if you are using 64 bit blender that is.
If these files are missing then you will get this error and for some reason perhaps the update for the C++ redistributable you did has not worked.
In any case, please let me know if those files are present in the right location. Then we can help with further investigation :)
