it is using your GPU, but this sometimes doesn't show up, best to use some software that shows GPU utilisation for CUDA, if you're on windows be aware that by default task manager will not show CUDA usage and therefore you will see no utilisation of the GPU. You can enable CUDA utilisation though.
You have the CPU selected at the same time as the GPU. This will use the CPU at 100%, CPUs typically are slower than GPUs, especially for larger tiles sizes which can have the effect that the GPU will finish quite quickly, but the CPU is left to chug through large tiles at the end of the render, which is slow and will only show CPU utilisation with the GPU idle. This looks like the GPU didn't render when in fact it did
It could be a bug we've not seen yet. We test on an RTX2070 Super on each release. So far its worked for every release since 0.2.8.
Honestly though, we could really use a screenshot of how you have configured each node. What you have written tells us little about how you have setup the system, so at this point I can only speculate.
